Return Policy

Items purchased through OnlineSolarSupply.com may be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Items must be returned in original packaging, in new and resalable condition, with all original components, packing material, manuals, accessories, and literature. All returns will incur a 15% processing and handling fee, so please be sure that you are ordering what you need. This fee is solely to cover our expenses, employees and suppliers, and we do not profit from it. OnlineSolarSupply.com is also not responsible for shipping costs arising from product returns.
